As an infrastructure provider for cross-border e-commerce based in the United States, we help merchants deliver consistent, high-quality service experiences to customers in all regions.
This Consumer Protection Policy outlines the principles, practices, and safeguards applied to consumer-facing operations and is fully aligned with Finturu’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, AML/CFT Policy, and data governance framework.
- SCOPE
This Policy applies to:
- All end consumers who purchase goods or services through Finturu-integrated commerce experiences (e.g., customized checkout, hosted links, marketplaces).
- Customer data collected, processed, or stored by Finturu or its infrastructure partners.
- Interactions in which Finturu enables the underlying payment, shipping, or fulfillment mechanisms.
- DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Finturu ensures that all consumer data, including payment and shipping information, is:

Consumers can contact the relevant merchant directly for order-related issues. Finturu provides backend infrastructure and does not mediate product-level disputes:

- May suspend or delist merchants who repeatedly abuse consumers or fail to meet their obligations.
